A plumbing problem rarely waits for a convenient moment. Searching, comparing and calling around takes time you may not have. Plumber Call Line gives you one number to call. We pass your call to a plumbing business that works in your area, and you talk to them directly about the job.

We cover 20,505 cities and towns in all 50 states and DC, for 21 kinds of plumbing work, from burst pipes and sewer backups to water heaters and gas lines.

How we are paid

Calling us costs you nothing. The plumbing businesses we connect you with, or the partners who work with them, may pay us for the referral. That is the whole business model. We do not add anything to your bill, and we never charge callers.

What we are not

• We are not a plumbing contractor. We do not employ plumbers, own trucks or carry out any work.
• We do not set prices. The plumber quotes you directly, before any work starts.
• We are not a party to your agreement. The work, the price and any guarantee are between you and the plumbing business you hire.

Checking the plumber you are connected with

It is always worth a minute to check who is coming to your home. On the call, ask:

• For their license number, which you can look up with your state licensing board
• Whether they are insured for the job
• For the price, and whether it is fixed or an estimate
• Whether there is a call-out or trip fee

If anything does not feel right, you can end the call. There is no obligation.
